Giselle Nuaz is a journalist and photographer, graduated from the University of Fortaleza – Unifor. She is a kitesurf instructor with over 10 years of sailing experience. Her proximity to sailing made her specialize in sports journalism.

Currently, Giselle writes about sports for websites and national and international magazines and travels the world in search for places where the wind blows. The book Vidas ao Vento is the result of these experiences as a sailor. It narrates how the wind of Ceará has changed the stories of places and people who lived and live in this vast and beautiful coastline.
